These terms apply to purchases from and use of veonalventures.com. The store, Veonal Ventures, is operated by VEONAL 62VENTURES INC. In these terms, “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to that company.

Using the store
You must be legally able to enter into a purchase agreement and provide accurate contact, billing, and delivery information. You may not use the website for fraud, unauthorized access, or other unlawful activity.

Products and descriptions
We sell kettlebells, including fixed-weight and adjustable designs. Each product page identifies the weight, material, finish, and included items for that particular product. Weights are shown in pounds and kilograms; converted values may be rounded. For adjustable models, check the available settings and fully assembled weight before ordering. Accessories and room furnishings shown for context are not included unless expressly listed.

Orders and pricing
Prices and payments are in U.S. dollars (USD). Applicable sales tax and the final order total are displayed at checkout before payment. Standard shipping to eligible addresses is free. A confirmation email acknowledges receipt of your order. If an item is unavailable, a material listing error occurs, or payment cannot be verified, we will contact you. We will not substitute a product or increase a paid price without your agreement. If we cancel an order, we will provide a full refund.

Changes and cancellations
Email info@veonalventures.com within 24 hours of placing your order to request a change or cancellation. Include your order number and the requested change. We can make changes only before shipment and cannot guarantee that every request can be completed. Once an order has shipped, our Refund Policy applies. The 24-hour request period does not limit your rights if we cannot ship as promised.

Delivery and returns
Our Shipping Policy explains delivery destinations and timing. Our Refund Policy explains the 30-day return window, return shipping costs, and refunds. These policies form part of your purchase terms. The terms applicable when you place an order govern that purchase.

Using kettlebells
Follow the instructions supplied with your product. Select a weight you can control and inspect the handle, body, and any adjustment mechanism before use. Secure adjustable weights as instructed. Do not use damaged equipment. Product descriptions are not personalized training or medical advice, and no particular fitness result is guaranteed.

Website content may not be copied or used commercially without permission from the relevant rights holder. Linked third-party websites have their own terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for content we do not operate.

Your legal rights
Nothing in these terms excludes rights, warranties, or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. Kentucky law governs these terms to the extent permitted by law, without limiting mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live. Please contact us if there is a problem so we can review it and seek a resolution.
